Hungry Hippo Kids Tour

Park Play Palooza at Hazelgrove Park

This year, Palooza will be at Hazelgrove Park, which is the newest and largest parks at East Clayton. The official park opening will start off with the ribbon cutting, following live music and dancing. Park Play Palooza kick starts the FREE Park Play summer program for kids! Steveston Salmon Festival presents Bullhead Derby

The 71st Annual Steveston Salmon Festival, presented by Save-on-Foods and PriceSmart Foods, kicks off on Sunday, June 26th with the annual Bullhead Derby hosted by the Richmond Golden Rods and Reels Society. The Bullhead Derby is open to kids 12 and under and seniors 65+. Pack your lawn chairs, fishing rods, and barbless hooks and join us at Garry Point Park in Steveston for a fun morning with the family. Everyone is welcome to come and cheer on the fishers.
Birds of a Feather: Beaver Lake’s Birds

Model Railway Open House

The Dewdney-Alouette Railway Society hosts this open house on the last Sunday of every month throughout the year. Come and discover the world of model railroading and diorama building from the experts. It’s a great family outing that appeals to all ages.
Moody Park Playground Opening
