Now that the kids are back at school the weekends are for family together time and making memories. Good thing there’s tons of awesome stuff happening around Metro Vancouver for families! Play in a bouncy castle, browse booths at an antique show or sing along with Bobs & LoLo. There’s a market in Vancouver full of great stuff made by kids, a cool concert where the orchestra plays music from award-winning movies, and a performance by a Chinese Dance Company. Go for a guided walk around King George Park in Richmond, or head to the annual Winter Instrument Petting Zoo put on by the VSO – it’s a great chance to see, touch, and feel all sorts of musical instruments.
There’s a ton of great activities happening at libraries around town too – most free!
