There are many lovely things that pregnancy and babies bring, but motherhood can also wreak less-than-lovely changes on a woman’s body. Warning: we’re not talking about stretch marks here…this is going to be a little more graphic. Think incontinence, back pain, and abdominal separation, among other things. But did you know that a physiotherapist can help with pain and ab separation, not to mention rescue you from a lifetime of leaking after you sneeze?

One of pregnancy’s many challenges is dressing in a style that isn’t evocative of a Rose Bowl float. Comfortable doesn’t have to be unattractive, but a lot of maternity wear is (sadly) pretty unsightly. Thank goodness we found the Baby On Board Apparel (BOBA) three-way legging!

When you’re rocking your newborn to sleep, especially if you’re a first time mum, it’s hard to imagine that precious bundle becoming a squirming, 35-pound preschooler. When we first brought our little one home, we stared at him for a very long time wondering…hmmm…what next? Will his eyeballs fall out if he looks at the TV? How on earth did he produce that much pooh? What on earth is going on with my boobs?
