Follow Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy as they discover the enchanted world of Narnia behind the doors of an old wardrobe. They find Narnia locked in the middle of an endless winter. One brought on by the evil White Witch. They meet enchanted characters like the lovable, trembling Mr. Tumnus, and resourceful Mr. and Mrs. Beaver. While visiting Naria, the children learn of the prophecy that told of their arrival, of King Aslan’s return, and the White Witch’s demise. The only question is, will they fulfill their destiny to become Kings and Queens of Narnia? Or will the White Witch prevail?

We loved this adaptation of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. While they’ve had to truncate the story to stay within the 80 minute run time of the show, they haven’t missed a thing. The fast-paced action on stage will have your kiddo on the edge of their seat! Our 7 year old loved the show so much we had to make a special trip to the library to borrow a copy of the book.

You don’t need to have read the book prior to attending the show, but the Carousel Theatre does recommend you familiarize your kids with the story in advance. It helps to make the White Witch a little less spooky and the fight scenes a little less scary! The show is recommended for ages 5+.
