Summer is almost over, so make the best of it by checking out a couple of these fun events happening soon! Get a lesson in history with events like Shipyard Tours; play ball with the Asahi Tribute Game; ride the vintage CPR Train; and build your own Ladner heritage home. Or celebrate community and culture with Music Fest 2013, watch some Capoeira at the Latin Summer Festival, or pack a blanket and check out an outdoor movie. Want to play with your food? Build a zucchini racer at Ambleside Market, get corny at the Corn Festival in Kerrisdale, or chase a cheese wheel down the hill in Whistler! And don’t forget to visit the legendary Fair at the PNE to cheer on the Superdogs, where you can watch live performances and eat some delicious mini donuts.

The RCMP have some incredible riders, and they want to show them off! Come see this troop of 32 riders and their horses perform their cavalry drills along to music. There will also be fun pre-show entertainment including CircusWest performing Alice Through the Looking Glass, the Robert Malcolm Memorial Pipe Band, face painting, activities, and much more.
