Sleep. We all need it, we all love it, and more often than not, it’s as elusive as the Loch Ness Monster. And now that the kiddos are heading back to school and moving into a more structured routine, sleep becomes more important than ever. So we’re bringing out our arsenal of sleep aids to help us get those kids back to sleep for back to school.

As our kids have gotten older, we’ve noticed one exhausting thing. They never stop moving. Something we’ve found key for our sanity (and theirs) is to get our little bundles of joy involved in extra curricular activities that focus all that energy into something they really love. Which is why we picked up one of our bundles and took her off to Dance Co.
