Do you have a wee one in your life who loves to dress up and put on plays in the backyard? Do you know someone who’s a little shy—but they love to tell stories? Do you know a teen that has a passion for acting? Then get them bit by the acting bug with classes at Carousel Theatre!

Carousel Theatre specializes in theatre for young people like your kids, nieces, nephews, and friends. Their exciting and supportive acting courses are geared especially for young actors from three to 17,  and are designed to foster imagination and creativity.  Their tickle trunk of costumes is filled to the brim with an amazing array of inspiring haberdashery from knights and animals to princess and race-car drivers. And with a team of male and female teachers leading each class, boys needn’t be afraid of too many girl cooties.

Classes are extremely popular and fill up lickity split, so make sure you register your little actor early so they’re not disappointed.  The spring session runs from April to June and the Spring Break Theatre camp for ages three to twelve runs daily from March 21st to 25th .  For more information on class dates, times and prices, check out the theatre school brochure.

The courses are a great chance for your outgoing performer to express himself, or your shy little flower to blossom.  And the best part for you mums and dads is the end of session showcase for all ages.  This show gives you the opportunity to see what your favourite little actor has been working on…and you’ll get to take oodles and oodles of photos and videos that you can show at family events for years to come.
