It’s the first long weekend of summer and it’s packed with patriotic fun, we’re bringing you this a day early so you’re completely prepared for Canada Day tomorrow and the weekend that follows. And we’ll be doing something we’ve never done before, taking Friday off because we suspect most of you will be too. And you can also celebrate by making this easy Canada Day cake.

Angelina Ballerina
Thursday, July 1st – Sunday, July 4th, this is an all day event, Ontario Place, 955 Lakeshore Boulevard, Toronto

Downsview Park’s Canada Day Celebration
Thursday, July 1st, 11 am – 11 pm, Downsview Park, 40 Carl Hall Road, Toronto
Come and enjoy free family-friendly activities (rain-or-shine) such as amusement rides, live music, face painting, buskers, a petting zoo, kid’s activities, and more!  To end the event, there will be fireworks at dusk (approximately 10 pm): www.downsviewpark.ca

Canada Day at Mel Lastman Square

Strawberries on the Lawn
