As my baby is starting to eat solids, I’m more conscious of what I’m eating as well. Organic, whole foods; Sitting down to eat as a family; Running up + down the stairs every few minutes (often with my baby in my arms); Breastfeeding for at least 12 months. I’m hoping this should do it!

I wish I had more access to exercise classes with childcare available. I have the time during the day to exercise but nowhere for my little ones to go!

Running while pushing my almost one year old baby. It sure is different than running alone!

Knowing I am a role model for my kids helps me stay motivated and on track. The biggest help I need though is finidng ways to maximize the limited time I do have for my workouts.

I think staying fabulous and fit starts with getting enough rest. I want to try to get to bed earlier so that I feel more energetic during the day. When I’m tired I also find that I am hungrier and that’s when I make bad food choices.

Intentional walking with baby and friends and family for at least 30 minutes a day. Having a easily manuverable stroller is essential!
