The Mama Renewed section really appeals to me. I found the birth of my daughter totally life changing in a very positive way. Her life has changed the way I view every aspect of life.

I wish there was a North Van group; I think the Commercial Drive group would be the easiest one for me to get to.

Too many good topics to choose from. The one that does jump out at me first is Whole Mama: Nurturing All of You.
I think all mamas could do with a whole lot of nurturing since we’re usually the ones giving it 24/7.

Love the “Relationships: Connecting with Friends, Family & Partner session”. I’m realizing now that ever since I became a mom, I haven’t invested much energy into connecting with friends! Would love to meet other moms as my friends mostly don’t have children yet.

Am debating between Dunbar and Main St location.

I think Living with Intention grabs me first, but really they all appeal to me. In fact I’ve already called Mama Renew to ask about details. I think I could really use this in my life!!!
White Rock is probably the closest.

“Radical Self Care” is what I need – when asked, I can barely list 2 or 3 things I do for self care… As a working mum, I seem to have learned how to be a “super-carer” for others, but forgotten how to care for myself.
Closest location is Main St.

I would love to do a session of mama renew – I do need help growing my support network. Building relationships – oh really, all the topic look interesting! Main street is probably closest for me – but I wish there was a downtown site!

For me, the topic Balance, living with intention is most relevent for me. this is something that I am continuously working on in my role as mother/wife/business woman/woman….is an ever growing, changing, dynamic growth…

definitely Balance: Living with Intention. I have a sixteen month old and am not handling being back at work well at all. balance and intention are both things i struggle with.
the main st. location is best for me.
