where are they now: dandelion kids
Filed Under Places, Stuff | July 24, 2009
We thought we’d take a moment to look back this week and revisit products and places we’ve previously discovered to see what they’ve been up to since we first covered them.
Back in July of 2007 we covered the launch of dandelion KIDS’ new online store and now they’ve done it again and upgraded their site to make it more user-friendly. They’ve also added heaps more products, almost everything they sell in store in fact. Right now we’d love to order a cooling Haba venezia ice cream. For our kids of course.
They’ve also expanded their “fun” section to include colouring pages, which are great for kids. And when you bring your finished artwork into the store you’ll receive a 10% discount and a special treat, which is fun for mums. And they’re launching a blog as well. In addition to all that, this past spring they launched a new brick and mortar location in Port Moody as well.
And speaking of online shopping, in the fall of 2007 we were all over the opening of Mink Chocolates and now we’re thrilled that they’ve launched an online store. So if we need their chocolate but don’t want to battle downtown traffic and parking, we can just have it delivered right to our door. We just wish we could order their blended dark chocolate mochas for delivery, but alas, they don’t travel well.
