When you hang your stocking by the chimney with care this year, why not make sure they’re stuffed with care too? We figure our resolution to shop mindfully for the holidays this year should extend to stockings as well, so we’ve come up with a collection of quality stocking stuffers, many of them made locally, that will provide hours of enjoyment. In fact we have so many great ideas that this is a two parter, starting with ideas for babies and working our way on up.

Let’s face it, the holiday season, with its parties and treats, is here. We asked local trainer Hayley McGowan of Baby Bumps Fitness to help us create a fun plan that will ensure you’ll still be able to zip up your pants come January because when your tot hears the words jolly and round their minds automatically turn to their favourite white haired, bearded man up north. However, mum and dad’s jolly and round post holiday bellies tend not to bring as much joy.
