The weekend’s a little slow as everyone takes a deep breath after all the Halloween festivities – though there are some equally spooky Day of the Dead celebrations happening. And speaking of which we have more additions to our haunted happenings as well as a few events that span the weekend. So be sure to check it out. And don’t forget, clocks go back this Saturday night when Daylight Savings Time ends!

Gymnastics, like swimming, is one of the best sports around for developing physical literacy. Some sports have only a few dominant movements, but gymnastics has a huge variety that helps kids develop agility, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility, all of which they can transfer to other sports too. So when Jump! Gymnastics opened this fall in Yaletown, we had to check it out.
