Paperpod Play House

Want some access to serious paper real estate for your tots from 18 months to seven-years-old? Look no farther than Paperpod’s Play House.

Parents love the Play House because it’s environmentally-friendly – not only is it made from recycled corrugated cardboard, but the Canadian branch of Paperpod does all their manufacturing here to avoid overseas shipping. It also folds up flat for storage – great if you live in a small space – or dragging to grandma’s house. You’ll also kinda wish you were big enough to play inside.

Kids love it because everyone needs some space they can call their own, plus they can let their interior decorator rage. It’s crayon, felt pen, paint, sticker and collage friendly – ahh, finally walls we can encourage them to draw on. We didn’t really believe that a paper house could stand up to toddler wear and tear, but we’ve put it to the test and it really is sturdy and long-lasting. And at $75 it is cheaper than any other house you’ll find in Vancouver.

Paperpod also has a paper rocket on offer that young astronauts won’t be able to resist. And they’ve got more ingenious products coming soon. We’re waiting for their toddler arm chairs to make it to our shores – we can see that each child having their own custom-designed, them-sized armchair could seriously cut down on squabbling over who get to sit where.
