Looking back @ diapers
Filed Under Going Green, Stuff | December 31, 2007
It’s the time of year to look back and reflect. For us it’s been a big year, launching yoyomama and all the juggling that comes with that. And we want to thank you – our smart, funny and faithful readers – who’ve supported us right from the beginning.
Each weekday we let you know about something mama-friendly in Vancouver, everything from kids’ gear to green products to fun events. From now until the New Year we’ll be looking back at our first seven months and recapping the top three topics that had you buzzing:
And what got you buzzing the most this year? Diapers – reusable diapers, disposable diapers, recyclable diapers. They’re a subject near and dear to your hearts.
It all started with our misnamed piece on more environmentally friendly disposable diapers. We then moved on to give you an easy cloth diapering recipe. And finally gDiapers came to Canada and we tested them and reported back.
Updates on the diaper front include the rapid spread of gDiapers into Capers and Choices as well as Whole Foods. And we love New & Green’s Cloth Diaper Workshops, and you obviously do too, because they fill up fast.
Happy holidays! See you in 2008.
